24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES: If any changes need to be made to your appointment please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. NO SHOWS: Will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointment canceled or changed within less than 24- hours window are considered late cancellations and you will be charged 50% of the service. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations of appointments. DEPOSIT: A $25 deposit is required to book your appointment. Your deposit will go towards your service or can be rolled over for future appointments. If you late cancel, LESS THAN 24hr . your deposit will be forfeited and IT WILL NOT be refundable or use for future appointments. LATE ARRIVAL: if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee. PER SAFTEY PURPOSES: we cannot allow anyone else into the service rooms other than the Lash Stylist and the Client receiving the service.
